It is not uncommon for certian glitters/clay slices to bleed, and tint the gel. They are still able to be used.

These hair gels, which can also be used as body glitters, are varied, sticky but not too sticky, unique, pretty, shiny, not olfactorily offensive, and, as far as I can tell (having very sensitive skin) hypoallergenic. This one was a bit disappointing as it doesn't seem to actually glow in the dark, maybe it needs to charge.
